Your morning Wake Up Workout

Your Yoga Workout with Mr. Russell

Your new weekly challenge is:

To do as many step ups as you can in 30s

Here is a quick video to show you how it is done. 
 Make sure your step is not too high (below knee height) a normal step in to your house or to go upstairs is just right. Each time you get both feet on to the step you count it as a step.
