how do you feel?
Put your hand on your chest and feel your heart. Does your
heart beat slowly or fast? Do you breath slowly or faster after the exercise?
How does your legs and hands muscle feel?
Take a video of yourself talking about the effect of your
body after exercise and upload it in the Tapestry. Put it under the title
Health and Self-care.
