PE Start of Week 5 28/04/2020





I hope you all had a restful long weekend

This week is Marathon Week

To start you off on your marathon challenge here is your morning wake up workout

For your main workout I would like you to keep practicing your fundamental movements

Remember you don't have to do all of them one after the other.
You can combine them in any order, and challenge your child to get from point A to point B using a variety of movements.

Here is some Yoga to practice different movements

Remember you have until Wednesday to complete the challenge set last Wednesday
