Good Morning Pre Kindy

Today I have a morning wake up workout for you

Your main activity for today is 10 different exercises.
I would like you to focus on performing the correct movement for each exercise.
 I  will demonstrate each exercise for you, then pause the video and have a go at the exercise.

Mums and Dads, the children may need some help and guidance with some of the exercises. IF they a finding an exercise tricky even with your help feel free to jump to the next exercise as you can always come back to any exercise. There is no set time or number of repetitions for any of the exercises its more about learning and copying the movement pattern.

Don't forget to video some of your workout and your challenge and then post the video on your class seesaw so that I can see how you are getting on.
