Your new weekly Challenge is:

To keep a balloon in the air for as long as you can

There are 3 ways I would like you to try and keep the Balloon in the air:
1. Using ONLY your hands
2. Using ONLY your feet
3. Using your hands and your feet

Here is a quick video showing you a group of children keeping balloons in the air
This is great fun for the whole family so get them involved too. Also can you use any other body parts to keep the balloon in the air?


Remember to do 50 min of exercise today, and do something to help the planet.
